Grip-Tec is a rubber and resin composite material and in this case infused with glow pigment as well. It has a blue day color with an aqua glow when charged by UV or sunlight. 

These rings are made with a semi-smooth blasted finish so you can feel a slight texture of the rubber infused in the ring! May have a slight rubber smell
